About Victoria
During her childhood Victoria was taken (usually reluctantly) to art galleries and museums as regularly as she was to playgrounds and beaches. This experience, as well as an immersive trip through Italian art museums as a teenager, has driven her love of the visual arts.
She began her career working in the private gallery sector in Sydney, before moving into arts journalism after completing her Masters degree. Though based in Sydney, Victoria is an avid traveller and is passionate about covering regional art galleries and arts festivals across Australia and overseas.
Victoria lives on the coast in eastern Sydney with her partner, two daughters, toy poodle and pet rabbit, surrounded by an eclectic array of art that threatens to overtake her home.
